St.Roch's High School,Thope is one of the reputed Government Aided Educational Institutions in Thiruvananthapuram which is located between the Trivandrum Domestic Airport and Sangumughom Beach. The school was established in 1925 by ICM sisters, realizing that the nation's progress is possible only through education.The school is run by the congregation of Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (ICM). The foresighted vision of Foundress of ICM congregation ,Mother Marie Louise De Meester and her pioneering sisters who inked the pact of moulding the future generations by their meticulous service.
The school boast of the strength of over 2000 students,mostly girls who are from fisher folk.
